Executive Bodies & Commissioners

The central executive bodies of the University of Applied Sciences include the Office of the President, the President, the University Council and the Senate, whereas the departmental bodies comprise their deans or deaneries and the departmental councils. The examinations boards are independent examining bodies. Further executive bodies include the Equal Opportunities Commission, the staff councils, commissions and committees.

The Equal Opportunities Commissioner and the Equal Opportunities Commission are responsible for representing all women and men at the University of Applied Sciences. The Equal Opportunities Commission supports the work undertaken by the Equal Opportunities Commissioner and the Equal Opportunities Commission.

Furthermore, the Office of the President can appoint commissioners for specific areas of responsibility:

The Student Body of the University of Applied Sciences consists of the Student Parliament, the departmental councils and the Student Committee.
